This policy explains what personal data supercozy.games collects and why. The data controller is Zuri Apps Limited, Nairobi, Kenya (support@zuriapps.com, +254108045205).

What we collect

• Browsing the site: no account is needed. Our host (Vercel) processes standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to deliver and secure the site. If we enable privacy-friendly analytics (such as Vercel Web Analytics), it counts page views in aggregate without cookies.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address and send emails through Resend, our email provider. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Payments: purchases are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive order details (name, email, what you bought) but never your card details. Legal basis: performing our contract with you and legal obligations (tax records).
• Emails to us: we keep correspondence to answer you and deliver sponsorships.

Game data

Game information on the site comes from the public Steam Store and SteamSpy. It is about games, not about you. Images load from Steam’s servers, which may see your IP address.

Cookies

Supercozy does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Paddle’s checkout may use cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention. If this changes we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Sharing and transfers

We share data only with the providers above (Vercel, Resend, Paddle) to run the service, and never sell it. These providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Correspondence is kept up to 2 years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 and similar laws, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email support@zuriapps.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Kenya, the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner).

Supercozy is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
