1. Who we are

supercozy.games (“Supercozy”, “we”) is operated by Zuri Apps Limited, Nairobi, Kenya. Contact: support@zuriapps.com, +254108045205.

2. The website

Supercozy is a free directory of cozy video games. Game information (prices, platforms, requirements, reviews) comes from the Steam Store and SteamSpy and is refreshed regularly, but may be out of date or inaccurate. Always check the store before buying. We are not affiliated with Valve or any game publisher unless stated. Game names, images and trademarks belong to their owners.

3. What we sell

We sell sponsored placements: labeled promotional slots on the supercozy.games website and in the Supercozy newsletter, as described on our Sponsor page. We may sell digital products in future; each will be described with its price before purchase.

4. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown in USD before purchase. Paddle may add applicable taxes at checkout. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

5. Sponsored placements

• We agree the run dates with you before purchase and deliver the placement on those dates.
• All sponsored content is labeled “Sponsored”. Sponsorship does not affect rankings or editorial lists.
• You must own or have rights to the game and materials you supply. We may decline content that is not suitable for a family-friendly cozy games audience, is misleading, or breaks the law; if we decline after payment, you get a full refund.
• We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, wishlists or sales.

7. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.

9. Data sources and trademarks

Game data comes from the Steam Store and SteamSpy. Mac App Store data comes from Apple's iTunes Search API. Prices are in USD and may change. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation in the U.S. and/or other countries. Apple, Mac and Mac App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Supercozy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve or Apple.
